Grapple and install price check

Guys, I'm just the messenger here. I am at WR Long's mercy and have no control or bearing on their documents whatsoever. We sell TONS of their kits every day and have 120 customer reviews for the kits on our website.

EA is fortunate to offer a product like theirs and are extremely grateful for the time they spend with our customers and expert advise they provide without a bit of remorse, which can't be said for many manufacturers out there.

Travis, do you guys use a standard easy to find quick connect end in the Long install kit you sell?

I'm not sure what your question is referring to, but if you're talking about the QD hydraulic couplers which run to the front, yes they're 1/2" ag couplers and compatible with Pioneer 8010-4(male) and 4050-4(female).

Thats what i think I wanted to know Travis. Im almost uncertain at this point what I know and what I don't about this whole subject! LOL

Is this perhaps the Power beyond port , the black banjo bolt looking thing on the right. This valve is located just below the FEL joystick. Its the only hard pipe I see coming from this valve in this general area that Josh seemed to be describing.

I don't know what exactly I do with this info once I find out. I expect I remove this end and tap into it but don't know where the other end goes or what I do next. Replace it with flexible in the kit? Reuse it somewhere? I suspect the later but its all sort of unknown.

Once I know if Im on the right track I will follow that line out and see where it attaches and ponder that bit of info. Ill slowly get a metal picture I think.

In this pic, the finger is pointing to the PB port on the loader valve.

In this pic, the screwdriver is pointing to the PB port under the seat.

The kit comes with adapters to convert both banjo to JIC fittings. You'll replace the steel line with hoses provided.
The other end of the hose you install to the port on the loader valve plugs into the P port on the WR Long valve.
The other end of the hose you install to the port under your seat will connect to the T port on the WR Long valve.

I hope this helps.

Ok... Ill have to get back to you on that once I find those as I have to get back down to the tractor shed. Those might be in different locations from what I was looking at. But they got to be close to where I am looking.

When I did my Factor rear remotes on my 2610 gear. The hardest part was make sure to tighten everything up in the right order. So I could get a wrench on everything nicely.

Hey, Philip. I just looked through your personal website. Cool bikes, scooters and guns - and great looking family.

My opinion is that with your experience tinkering with stuff and restoring machines, you will have NO problem with the install of a hydraulic diverter. In fact, I bet if you applied a bit of research, you could 'roll your own' and save some coin.

And, hi from a neighbor. We're in Easley.

Dam! Easley! Nice... I used to live over in Pickens.

Im not as young as I used to be. Get a lot more careful now days what I tackle.

Thanks for checking in BS.

Here is something might interest you. My Kioti on a job site today. This is the old "Yellow Barn" at Clemson University. We are extracting old boards with Lead Based paint on them from the Hay loft. I used my tractor to lower them down to be drummed up.

Update on this one because I finally got around to initiating the install. I got my dealer to install the WR Long one for $1000 total while the tractor is in for its initial 50 hour service. Seemed fair enough as he has devised a few tricks and methods of install from doing so many that it ends up a lot nicer install than the normal install I could do. They make a custom bracket to place the valves in a better location on the Kioti 2610 so I felt that the better number he eventually gave me was fair. Its being done as we speak and so now I am seriously looking at what kind and which manufacturer grapple I want. EA's 55" is top of my list but still considering the CID stuff in a smaller (54") size as well. One almost wonders if they should take that 48" Kubota grapple and put skid steer attachments on it and offer it up as a smaller option to everyone. Be interesting. I do know I need more rake than I do root. So the EA offering seems to be a great compromise of the two extremes.
