PS: I'd go for a new PT-425! They are not that expensive, when you consider the amount of money that you are investing in this land and house, and the amount of work, and fun, you'll be using the PT for, its price will be a tiny % of that total investment!!
Get a bid on what a contractor would charge to do what the PT is going to do for you. "WOW, the PT will pay for itself in no time!!!!"!</font>

Well, Rich PMed me this morning that he has decided to sell his PT 425... I called and left a message with him, trying to set up a time to go see it (perhaps this weekend), since he's only about an hour or so south of me....
With the price increase that went into effect today on new PTs, that makes a used machine look more attractive, assuming it's in good condition....
