What's the best grapple for digging up rocks and keeping them but letting dirt fall through? Also pulling up small saplings and small old stumps. Thank you.
Everything Attachments makes a nice one. For rocks I would go as light as possible- a little narrow vs a little wide and a single clam vs 2 clam style. I would however get the “root” grapple with the flat bottom (shaped more like a regular bucket) vs the “rock” grapple that doesn’t have a flat bottom. The flat bottom allows a lot of stuff to sit in the grapple and not rely solely on the grapple to hold things.
What is the smallest size rock you're willing to let fall through? <2", 2"-3", or anything smaller than small boulders? (with boulders technically starting with rocks measuring ~10")
...sorting out anything under 2" may require buying a specialized bucket and adding grapple lid/hydraulics as a modification.
