"Are you conerned that perhaps the hole into which you are trying to place this zerc has been buggered? If you have doubts about the hole then verify its integrity by swapping a zerc from somewhere else on the tractor.
Next time you're at the dealer, ask him to give you one from a tractor on his lot and have him figure out how to replace it."

I have taken a another zurk from the tractor and swapped them. They fit like they should. Because of this it turns our I don't have a real big problem, when I grease the tractor, I just trade the bad one for the good one.
The dealer mechanic told me they were 10mm zurks, but were a tight fit. I am guessing this is might not be right. The idea of "metric" thread sounds plausable, it just doesn't seem possible the dealer would not know about this, they have been selling Kioti's for several yrs now. I have tried metric, sae, from several other sources of zurks for the past year, so far, no go for a correct fit....
