Oil & Fuel Grease fittings for MX5800

Found a grease fitting not shown in owner’s manual. Located on rear mount on 4WD front axel. Unlike the front mount there’s no breather plug. Grease or no grease needed? Doesn’t except much grease. Thoughts?

Beyond that, if it has a zerk it needs grease.
