I joined this forum because I am looking for some specific information about the MTD Fast Attach frames.
I live in town and have been using the neighbors' Poulin Pro lawn tractor for the last couple of years to mow both our yards. This year I decided to try using the tractor for some light snow removal. (I have 2-stage walk behind snow-blower that I will use for the deeper snow.) This fall, I bought a drag-behind blade and fabricated the hitch shown below for use on the Poulin Pro.

After testing the drag-behind blade with our first snow, I decided that I also want a snow blade on the front.
I just purchased an Arnold OEM-190-833 Fast Attach 46-Inch Snow Blade that is designed for use on tractors that have the MTD Fast Attach mounting on the frame. I figure that fabricating the necessary brackets so I can use the MTD Fast Attach blade on the Poulin Pro tractor should not be too difficult. It looks pretty straight forward, but I am trying to find some diagrams or photos along with some dimensions. I would like to confirm where I need to locate the shoulder bolts and mounting holes in reference to the ground. I presume that the front of the hitch piece that came with the blade should be vertical to the ground, so if someone can confirm if that is correct and could also give me some sort of a reference as to how high above the ground the hitch should be once it is attached to the tractor frame, that would be a big help to me.
Thanks,
Phil
