The vast majority of what has been posted in this thread is literally inaccurate from a purely legal perspective. Might a settlement portend a trend? Maybe. Does it guarantee a win in a courtroom? Absolutely not. None the links listed state it is illegal to import grey market YANMARS. Kubota agricultural tractors under 50 HP, perhaps. Not Yanmars.

The settlement does NOT require the former Wallace dealers to stop. Many, if not most, of them are still in business.
