Ground PSI

Many of these tires have a pressure of 22 psi, but that seems two high for a ground pressure. Am I missing something.

It may be max pressure rating for the tire, not the recommended inflation pressure for that tire on the mower. Some of my mowers have spec'd as little as 10psi for the rear tires, which is well below what the tire can handle.

Agree with ArlyA, and didn't see any part of the video's that showed it on a finished lawn doing a "zero turn" which most certainly will leave a scuff mark.

a wheeled ZT would make a bigger scuff mark!.. there's MUCH less PSI on a tracked ZT..

I’m guessing you don’t have a lot or probably any experience running tracked machines. That thing is going to rip up any grass and if the soil was soft enough to actually need that you can count on the grass being pretty much destroyed trying to turn.

You can see one turn at :53 into the video. It's a wide turn and you can see it slightly damaged the turf. It's highly suspicious as to why they didn't show a "zero turn" mower executing a zero turn maneuver. :(
