I'm trying to transition over from beef and pork eating to more fowl and fish. One of my favorites has been a few sausages in the morning. So SWMBO bought some ground Turkey at Giant.
I'd swear I could just about squeeze the water out of it. My memory of ground turkey in the past was that it was much "dryer".
Now I've noticed over the years that "fresh" turkey water content has crept up from 7% to 10% or 12%, water is cheap.
Are they doing the same with ground turkey?
