GT 2550 Review / Oil Change Valve

Hey Drainzit guys-

I bought the set up but don't have time to install this oil change. When I do, how do you get the engine elevated in order to get the nipple/elbow/dranzit assembly on?

I will add my major complaint(s).
The reverse pedal. BUT my complaint is the way it came adjusted when i bought it. There was very little throw to it. I adjusted it after the 2nd use and it is so much better now.
My complaint with the headlights is how easy water gets inside, but then again maybe that is the way it gets out too. I guess it's better to allow it to escape than have a foggy lens forever.
Haven't changed the oil yet(only 9 hours on it now) but I think a rubber extension tube will take care of that issue. Also I use a Pella oil extractor but will start using it AFTER the first oil change.
Tranny fluid change? Sometime waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay down the road. I feel changing it too often is looking for problems.....air in system and possible contaminants getting in just from opening it up, etc.

Hello just joined this forum.I to have a GT2550 that I bought new.The oil changing is a pain,but I also hate taking the battery out,whoever thought of making the hood open from the front had an IQ of 10.Those struts get in the way too much, so I had the great idea of taking the hood off to get at the battery etc,BIG mistake,those struts are so strong and it took 2 of us to put the hood back on, then the plastic around the bolts cracked. So beware if you ever have to remove the hood.

Ducati996, I smiled when I read your comment as you have a duck 996, seems strange you are complaining about your mower when it costs a fortune every time you have to reset the 996 valves.That's the reason my brother sold his desmo.
