No fire to either plug on gt2550 with 22 hp Koehler command. Engine cranks over fine. No blown fuses. Any ideas before I remove blower housing to check coils?

Something to keep in mind is the 22 hp Command depending on when it was made and/or had prior ignition issues could have 1 of 3 different ignition systems and they all have different diagnostics procedures. Model and spec information from the engine tag would help narrow down what system you may have.

OK looks like CDI fixed ignition. So remove the blower housing and unplug the single wire off of one of the coils and then check for spark. If you have spark on both that would indicate that the diode in one of the modules is bad. If you have spark on the disconnected coil but not on the one that is still connected then would indicate an issue with the tractor side of the wiring.

Two things to also keep in mind if you find a bad coil you need to replace both anyway. One some of the new modules are not compatible with the old coils, and the new coil will fry the old coil. And two if one has failed the other isn't far behind. Especially if you have to pull the engine to replace them.

Also if not easy to remove the blower housing to disconnect the coils you can remove the white wire form the engine harness to isolate the engine from the equipment to determine if the loss of spark is on the tractor side or the engine side.

Thank you Randy. I really appreciate your help.
