That's what it is. Hangs in a big grill to hang ribs.

I like all the ideas for this bit it is a castration rack. Hang it on a corral pit little Mr. Pig I'm it feet up, slide the 2 hold down pins in then get to cutting! My chickens love seeing this come out. They think they are eating little pinky mice.
