PVC, ABC and such can be molded by heat.
Perhaps some 6" PVC pipe a little longer than your 94 could be flattened slightly with a heat gun. Closed flat and sealed on one end. A short ring (about 1" cutoff from a union would create a rim for the open end. A shower cap would seal against dust and provide quick access.

At least this is my plan, but I have not executed on it yet . . . . (see tag line below).

For pests, I also use EDC (since it's always with me). Kimber .45ACP 1911 Works on most everything, including moles.

not sure if this pic will work but, this is how i did a gun rack on the B2920 and then i got a cheap ankle holster for a pistol that i have moved to the BX now, both work great.
