Understand Buppies. You have a great collection there.
I have heard of a few of them and been looking at others with the help of Google. I wouldn't be able to resist the temptation to fire at least a few rounds through each of them.

You just reminded me of one thing I don't have - a 28 bore shotgun. It must be going on for twenty years since my wife bought me a cleaning kit for a new Browning. The Browning was 12 g and the cleaning kit 28g. I said that was fine as it means one day I can have a 28g too. Perhaps I have now waited long enough - though I did get a new tractor last week, so I'll give it a few days yet.;)

Inherited shot guns from grandfather and he hunted birds with 28Ga. Great gun and I think you've waited long enough. I'm far away so I cannot get hit in the head with that one

Went to way too many shows when I was young; my father had his FFL and was selling back in the day. Spent too many hours behind the tables! As I got older, the hood rats started showing up and prices were getting silly (not to mention, $10+ for parking, then another $7-$8 to get in per person) just to see either brand spanking new stuff or overpriced junk. That and the organizers were idiots - they made the aisles narrow, hoping that they'd have more vendors but instead had lots of empty tables at the ends of the rows. Have my collector's FFL and have bought a few things off the internet for good prices, but that's about it.

Yeah, too bad the merchandise quality has gone down, prices up and paying to park and entry fee always grates on me. I don't go as often anymore.

Wish we had shows here in Canada as I want to sell a couple of my firearms like my Sauer 20* gauge skeet grade that has seen less than 20 shells as well as a compact 32 cal Browning pistol amongst others.
I used to like to customize and refinish as a hobby and practiced my checkering skills on cheap 22's that I'd then trade or sell to upgrade.
My last was an Enfield P17 that got the full treatment starting with a Bishop blank with ebony inserts, checkering scope etc etc.
While I used to hunt deer, moose and loved Goose and Duck hunting all I do now is plink the odd time or put a gopher out of action.
Like my Belgium factory Browning auto 5 with 32" full choke and matched 28" mod bbl (both ramped).--this one did see many a shell and was my favorite.

Around here we'd be resigned to sell cheap to a registered dealer who'd get the bulk of the $$'s and probably want them on consignment as well.

*Cabella showed one on their web site at close to $5k.(retail). OK they say ship it to us and we'll make an offer, yeah once in hand they'd offer peanuts and I risk losing it in transit as well . (or are they fair?)

While Canada as a whole has rescinded the gun registry, Quebec (where I am) insists on retaining it leaving us in a very grey area.
