Good looking little jd rep this! Have you had a chance to drive it yet? How does the gear ratio work out with those big back wheels?

Had some carb issues but I hope to get back at the project soon. With spring arriving it is getting warmer out and easier to work on stuff. No heat in shed so winter had slowed down the work.

Yeah, very hard to get motivated in the winter! What are you thinking on the speed/gear ratios of this thing?

I think it will move very fast, as I am running off the bigger pulley on the motor where the the mower deck use to run. It will be a speedster in the parades.:laughing:
