Backhoe hand throttle not working

hello,

I have a nortrack nt204c and the hand throttle does not rev engine, when moving it, feels like it does have some tension, looked at diagram in manual but cant figure whats moved,broken or missing?

It sounds like the rack is stuck or the governor has issues. How is the oil level in the fuel injection pump?

will have to get the manual out to see how to check the inctector pump oil and get back to you thanks bob.

They should both connect to the same place. Sounds like a broken linkage.

With the engine off, push the pedal and look at what moves. Then move the hand throttle and see what moves and what doesn't.
