Here is one of the handiest things I almost threw away. Long story on how I ended up with it, so I'll skip that part. Anyway it is the 3pt hitch assembly off a rear blade. I used the blade to make a front mounted snow pusher and had thrown this in the iron pile to be hauled away. Not always happy with my boom pole since it just doesn't have the capacity I need a times, I came up with this little addition to my family. It is strong enough to lift anything my tractor can. I use constantly for pigeon holing trailers into the pole barn. I keep an extra top link pin and lynch pin on board. And to think I was just days from being hauled away.

good idea. I never throw any metal out, waaaaay to many uses for it. Plus the cost of metal just keeps going up.

Yeah! but can it walk the dog?:D .... see you guys can come up with things to do with left over steel, I still have the part left from the FEL mounting bracket I hav'nt figured out what to do with,:rolleyes:
Now when it comes to wood work I can build anything ;)
