Last nite my new warm puppy jumped on the bed and proceeded to barf all over. That adds a new twist to the ambiance of a clapped out 20 year old trailer.

From my observations... Happiness isn't the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow; it is a choice one makes and then continue to work your butt off to maintain it. Being happy / content in life is a decision not a thing.

- motorcycle riding
- sound of the tractor
- blue jeans worn out to be almost white
- fire on cold evening
- AC on hot day

Yeah I am afraid you discovered the secret of happiness, it was our secret for billions of years. Now you will set a goal to work for and will be soooooooooooooooo happy.

I am engaged in life... setting goals and achieving them is part of that; what drives me may not work for you. But I see no reason for you to be unhappy with that. Or... maybe that is what makes you happy???
