Those lawsuits leave me cold. They are meant to enrich lawyers more than help me. When I buy something at HF, I know what the quality is and what the value is. I buy items there because the product fills my needs at a good price. Sometimes I go elsewhere and buy premium products at a higher price. Often though, the HF product is just the ticket and saves me money. I don't feel wronged and won't be asking for $$.

If anyone else wants to - go for it. I personally don't feel like I was deceived.

Sadly though, these type of lawsuits raise the prices for all of us.

And .... the lawsuit apparently didn't make any difference. The H-F advertising hasn't changed at all. They are still using "list" prices that are totally bogus.

Well I just submitted the electronic form. Should get just enough to cover a used tire I bought on Monday, and it's on a gift card so they're getting it back anyway.

Well, one thing it seems that everyone can agree on....lawyers are just a bit lower than a dead snake in the road. In fact, the way to tell the difference between a lawyer in the road and a dead snake is that there's skid marks before the snake.

Didn't mean to piss in anyone's Wheaties, just posted the info for general information. I still plan on buying from HF as they have good deals despite how they advertise.

I go to HF all the time.There are so many lawyer commercials on T.V. anymore wanting your "business" for just about anything from hip replacements to meds. .auto accidents to illness. etc.etc.etc. they are the reason everything keeps going up.when I was a kid it used to be considered unprofessional for lawyers to advertise on T.V. but not anymore.trolls and slugs are what they are....russ

Yes, I remember those days also. Must be today there are so many leaches who don't want to work for a living, they became lawyers and the competition is so fierce they have to advertise.

Couldn't have said it better myself. I won't be participating in this lawsuit. I know exactly what I'm getting for my money and choose what to buy based on my needs. I've never once felt slighted.

+2..... why buy professional grade when you aren't a professional using your tools like a professional....at the same rate/responsibility level.....BTO farmers maybe....their call, but not a little operator retired guy like me. Besides most of my HF tools I have had for a long time and they work just fine. Just a few bummers, but not many and they were questionable when I selected them.....wing nuts made of Zinc for one that comes to mind....should have known better on that one but it wasn't but a few buck purchase.
