I bought a bottle of nail polish at Dollar Tree. Works great for non critical thread locking and comes with its own little applicator brush.

Actually, yes. Years ago when working in a Chevron bulk plant we would distribute to several major brands, though each brand had it's own unique blend of additives controlled by entering a computer code that controlled the addition of additives.
