Also try taking the screen flow restrictor off the end of the fixture ( where the water comes out).. They usually stop up & cause flow problems

You have a clog somewhere in the system if only the sink is a problem. Start at screen on faucet and then go towards main line until you have good pressure. Once i had large piece of iron in valve in a house with all copper pipeHot water flows fine, just having problems with the cold. thanks

It doesn't have much to do with getting flow back to your faucet, but curious if you've drained the hot water heater to get any sediment out? I've got fairly hard water and had some pretty sizable bits come out into a bucket.
