</font><font color="blue" class="small">( I just looke dat an older 6' 3pt disc harrow this afternoon. Neat setup. the disc is actually on a seperate subframe than the 3pt lift frame. It has about 6" of travel due to slotted connectors front to back, and side to side. Guy only wants 300$ for it.. I'm thinking of buying it.. looks like it will follow ground terain much better than a fixed 3pt.. but is still liftable like the 3pt.. kinda like a drag/3pt mixed together.

I don't recall the model #, but Ford made a 3-point disc that had a pivoting hitch that would allow the gang frame to "float" independent from the tractor. They weren't overly popular, but worked quite well, all facts considered.
