Ther is no relief valve in the diagram you posted. The relief valve is in the rockshaft valve housing. There is a shim kit to adjust on the 2210. Item # 29.

On heavy quip. that is called a power tune, but I think you only turned up the
3rd scv, check your 1st and 2nd scv's and see what they are reading. On a trackhoe you have to do each scv one at a time. You are not changing the pump psi but the relief psi per scv good luck

There's only one main relief as I understand. This info was provided to me by my dealer svc dept along with a couple of pages from the book stating that this is how to adjust main psi...

If you lift the seat you can just barely see the 3 SCV's. You'll see an adjusting bolt with a jamb nut. Loosen the nut and turn in the bolt until the pressure reads what you desire. Removing the black plastic cover that runs fender to fender will make access a piece of cake, but I did not see how the shift, rockshaft, and 3rd svc knobs came off so I snuck my wrenches in thru the crack.

This mod CAN reduce pump life, but the only time it puts strain on the pump is when you are operating at this psi which would be lifting/digging, etc. You'll also want to be careful what you lift and make darn sure that you properly ballast for the load...

I have a cab model 3720 and can see a spool valve sitting on the tranmission toward the right side when looking under the cab inside the right rear tire. The valve can be easily seen with the R4 rear tire in place but would be very easy to reach with the tire removed. On the front side of the valve, there is a bolt with an adjusting nut. Is this the bolt to adjust? I will get a pressure gauge and try it. Does adjusting this spool also affect the loader hydraulics? Is there a different adjustment for the loader spool?

I don't see how a guy could locate this any other way than thru the seat platform so you may be looking at a different screw. This one is up high and faces forward. I could just manage to slide a pair of wrenches thru the crack.

This is a main hydraulics relief valve setting so it should affect all that is driven by the main pump as I understand. I'm not sure if the rockshaft has it's ow adjustment.

I wish I could explain it better or maybe try posting a picture. What I believe to the the control valve has 3 forward pointing cylinder shaped protrusions and the overall valve is roughly 8-10" x 8-10 x 3" high. Pointing forward is a small bolt head sticking out 1/2-3/4 inch with a locking nut near the base of the bolt. Remember, my tractor has a cab, and the entire cab sits 6" off of the tranmission. The control valve appears to sit directly on top of the right side of the tranmission. Does my description seem close to yours?
When you say seat platform, do you mean it sits below where the base/bottom of the seat attaches to the floor? Looking up from the top of the transmission toward the bottom of the cab, I don't see any access through the bottom of the cab where the seat is located.
