I think you may have just insulted Banjo-land ...

I was thinking of the Deliverance movie, but admittedly, not my best post.......

Yep been there seen/done that... Back in 1986 or 87 we re-did my sisters roof, had probably 1/2 house worth of 3 layers of shingles shoveled onto a 64 F1 HD w helper springs. I had 3' side racks and the shingles were cab high front to back. I had a 2" ball on back that when I pulled out of her place heading to my brothers to un-load I caught the curb and popped out about 3" by 24" hunk of concrete... she was a bit light on the front end ;)

just a few years ago had 20 ton of sand delivered needed to move a ton or so into town to lay in a patio rocks. I scooped on to my 1/2 ton one scoop dropped about 3" 2nd scoop down a bit more 3rd scoop not a drop, by then the tires were sunk into the yard and springs were flat onto the bump stops  had to hand shovel off the 2nd and 3rd loads of sand...

Years ago, I bought a yard of pea gravel. Went and picked it up in my 1/2 pickup. Found out 2 things: A yard of rock weighs about 2,500 lbs. And my pickup was very light in the front end. I got home ok, next time, I had it delivered.

If you align the truck bed with the cab, you'll see that the bed has collapsed and folded over the frame.
The bed was probably rusted paper thin and the truck and frame is really fairly even.
I'd guess he actually has HD load springs along with high inflation pressures.
Bet the rear tires are rubbing on the fenders.

My F150 hauled 2.5 tons to the scrap yard today, but it was in 4 trips. The 1050 lb was the last today. It comes of the truck a lot better that the effort to put it on.

Years ago I contracted with an airline to provide security for cash and high value shipments from their cargo facity to and from the aircraft. The cash (usually clean $20's going out and old cash returning) would be in 15" x 15" x 20" metal boxes, wrapped in canvas, tied with twine and sealed with multiple wax and lead seals. Also often had platinum and palladium shipments in wood boxes similiarly sealed. I would load it all in the back of an AMC station wagon, drive out to the plane and supervise the loading into the cargo hold and see the plane off. One time the shipments were so numerous for one flight the rear springs of the station wagon were completely compressed and I could barely see over the hood of the car.

The cab of the truck looks much newer / in much better shape than the rest of the truck. My bet is on the photoshop.
