If you take one step on a dealer lot, you wont be able to kick the habit. I know, because I once lived a tractor free life. 
Seriously, 0% with 60 and 72 months are everywhere. That is what ultimately swayed me to new. I also encourage you to look into it. You can easily get a $200 a month payment for a brand new tractor, sized to your needs, that has a warranty and will do anything you want it to do. You said you will be building a house soon also. This will make the process a lot more fun. You can put your money in the bank to save up some more, or you can get a free loan and have a tractor now. Don't rush it, thoroughly analyze your needs, wants and look at all the different options and figure out what makes the most sense for your application. Have fun (trust me, you will)
