The dealer did do a pre-delivery inspection on my tractor. I actually watched the service techs do it & I got a pre-delivery check list when they were finished. The main reason I observed the pre-delivery inspection/service - I got to see where all the grease zerks were without the normal hunt/poke/squeeze and then check the Op Manual situation.
About two years after I had the tractor there was an upgrade to the step - I guess there had been problems with the step bending. They came out to my house and did the step upgrade right there - I didn't have to bring the tractor in for that service (50 mile round trip).
Its service like this that keeps me going back to this dealer.
