No, we're talking 10-12' over the river banks. Hay and corn fields being condemned due to e coli. Trailers and houses and garages washed away. 1000's more with flooded basements. We had 1 marina that lost it's docks and 70+ boats, most were saved several miles down river. We had 9" of rain in the month of June, normal rainfall is under 4", and that came after a wet May.
