The Case/IH Magnum 305 does 37mph. When I drove one, it did attract the sheriff's department but that was because they thought it was stolen! No tickets here, just a really good laugh!
As a matter of fact tractors in Europe spend so much time on the roads traveling between fields they came up with a special R1 tire. It's the R1W tread and has a 20% deeper skid depth than R1.
