I'm not suprised, it seems everytime I suggest one on this forum everyone is turned off by the cost. At the same time everyone is trying to figure out how to improve their hydraulic options on the compact tractors. I haven't found many people who have them that don't like them so far. I plan on keeping mine for the long haul.
Say it ain't so, on one hand it wouldn't be a huge shock since they have made no improvements to the 110 during it's production. But on the other I believe it's been a very popular model, all the dealers here keep one in stock all the time and move them quite well. Even though Deere wants to hear(stupid chatter box) what customers want I don't think there listening hard enough.
I'd like to have the phone number or extension for "Forrest Gump" in charge of Product Development and Marketing at JD.
You know.. the same guy who presided over the strategy meeting when this idea was/was not discussed - and casually offer him a "philosophical gem" that was reknown for his namesake of Motion Picture fame.
