Heating Oil Same as Diesel.. NOT

Thanks for the responses. I'm still scratching my head over it. Never heard of the limp home mode Rick, but I wouldn't be surprized..
Never heard of anyone but big rigs getting fuel checked around here, wouldn't want to be the one.

I just wonder if there was not some other issue with the HHO? How old was it?

As for the limp home mode its very common on the Dmax. I only had it happen once on my 05 but my neighbor has had it happen twice on his 07. Its really a good thing. The motor and tranny is so smart it knows to protect itself.

It was being used in the boiler n/p.. we installed an above ground tank for them. Didn't suck it off the bottom or anything..

I'll have to remember this in case I'm ever desperate for diesel. I can "retrieve" some out of our heating oil tank...

What! you mean you haven't been doing that all along?
The stuff from the gas station is the same thing.
So why buy more of it at a higher price from the gas station ?:confused2:
