I am a new member to these forums. As a fairly new tractor guy, I am hoping to learn from, and possibly contribute to these forums.
I have been an automotive professional for many years, and have a great deal of mechanical knowlege, as well as electronics, and computerized systems.
I was given an old JD LX188 lawn tractor that had been in a state of disrepair. After just an hour or so, I had the little tractor running. A bit more work, it was ready to mow. After using it the first time, I was hooked! Now the old LX is like new! It does a great job of cutting the grass, and hauling brush with a 10 Cu/Ft trailer in tow. With future projects coming up, I am now looking forward to the arrival of my NEW JD X540 Garden tractor.
Who knew that tractors were so much fun?... Besides you guys.
