Guess I've lurked here long eough...
I've read and mined these forums for information for years and finally decided to register. So hello from OK and if anyone has any questions on farming or living in eastern OK I'm happy to help.
Background I guess. Our farm is a small 80 acre patch in Eastern OK. When we bought it it was nothing but forest, scrub trees, old junk, and abandoned trailer houses. Lots of back story if anyone is interested, but with the help of an Ford 8N (FIL), a MF 35 and just a week ago a JD 5065E we've slowly been turning the place into a working farm. Every structure on the farm, including the house was built by myself and my kids. Lot of work but I would't live anywhere else again.
