Hi to all,
I live in Australia and have bought a small farm (170 acres) in Gippsland Victoria.
I need a tractor, and have a Grey Gold FE 35, that I got off my Grandmothers apple farm.
Joining this site to hopefully some advice to rebuild/restore the tractor to its former glory.
The tractor has siezed piston in the cylinder sleeve. Now that engine is halfway to be completely being pulled appart, I am thinking I may as well do an out-of-frame rebuild and replace the crank bearings, only problem is all teh FE35 manuals I have seen cover Diesel engine rebuilds in detail but not the Petrol engines. I have read that the TE20 is very similar and would like to know exactly which manual can help me with guidance on how to rebuild the FE35 petrol engine.
Regards
Pete
