I have been reading this forum for several months deciding on what to buy. I take delivery of my 2011 John Deere 3005 today. . I have bought 14 acres of flat partially wooded acreage and looking forward to the knowledge folks have on this web site. So my first post and brand new tractor coming to my house in a few hours.

Thanks everyone ! Got it today and really impressed with the duty of it. Anyone want pics or on the fence I will be happy to post. Raining cats and dogs here today so tomorrow will be the trial run, I hope !

Welcome aboard fellow Washingtonion. This is a great forum and I have learned a lot in the few months I have been on. Weigh-in if you have something to add that will help fellow TBNers. You may have expertise others are floundering with answers. I am in South Kitsap County with a 21 acre tree farm, house, and large garden. My retirement at work. I have a Kubota BX25 that is a working fool, 300 hours last year (first year).
