For 2k$, I think a good used snow blower would do a lot better job than a blade. , but that's just my opinion.

Do you have a front end loader? Don't know off hand of any other front blades that would mount to the frame of the tractor, but there a lot's of options to add a blade onto the FEL to plow snow. Off the top of my head, BXpanded sells one depending on what tractor model you own. And welcome to TBN.
