Hi to every one so greatto find this forum.I've ownd a few different tractors over the years,but just recently aqquired a challenge it's a Foton 254A 4x4 25hp.I think.Engine runs great but previous owner had done some work on the hydraulics due to lift not working problems and now the tractor will not shift into gear.I'm not really sure whats going on just got it and hope to get it sorted out.Need to get it running and put it to use doing a little light property clean-up around hear and gardening.
Any one with answers or suggestions,I'm wide open and appreciative.

I worked on a few gen-sets down in the towboat hulls too. Got the bilge oil ruined clothes to prove it.My neighbor used to be on the US Burgess,, corp dredge in miss river? What kinda tractor you running?

Hello again jonyyuma How you doing? well at the present I'm running or well not running as it is just aquired a Foton 254 A that needs a little tlc it runs like a champ but something is wrong with the hydraulics the lift dosent work the front sea is pushed out of the transmission and when you look up in the clutch inspection hole it's pouring out foamy looking hydraulic oil when you fire it up also the shift linkage seems binding and dosent want to put the tractor in any gear even with it not running and just trying to shift gears.any suggestions LOL will be appreciated
