Help find thread with spinning cutter

I saw a post on here with photos of an attachment that hooks onto a FEL and can be used in horizontal or vertical orientation to trim trees and brush. It consisted of two spinning cutting wheels that spin and the wheels are attached to a beam that also spins.

Can anyone point me to the post or give me the name of the attachment so i can search for it, i have forgotten the name and can't find the post again.
