I've read several threads about how to do it. Using a heavy chain looped through the blade bolt holes and a bottle jack seems to do the trick. I am confused about how to put the bottle jack in the chain for applying pressure. Does the base of the jack need to be held by the chain? Then jack the end against the nut that is on loosely, to protect the threads, until it pops off? I'll flip it upside down tomorrow and get it soaking with the autotrans fluid and acetone, is this right? Thanks for help on this. Frustrating thing to have to do. :confused2:

If you put enough heat on it, it will eventually come off.

This is how I removed mine from underneath. Held the nut with the wrench against the C clamp and unscrewed the bolt with another wrench, making it longer, pushing down on the chain, pulling down on the stump jumper.
