Help identifying old tractor

Hey everybody,

I have been lurking around this site for a couple of months. I am in the process of buying a bit of land and have been using these forums for opinion, pictures and advice. In addition to a CUT I also am looking at a smaller garden tractor for work around the house. I am going to go look at this Massey as soon as I align schedules with the owner. I cant seem to find any information about it on this site or anywhere else for that matter. Does this look familiar to anybody? Where would I find information on it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

At least this gives you a nicer pic and price to compare There doesn't seem to be a lot of info out there on them. Perhaps there would be an issue with finding parts?
I did see some manuals available at least. ( I just googled "MF 1200 garden")

Seems like quite the rare bird. The craigslist ad you posted at least answered the question as to what motor was in it. It seems that most of the stuff out there is people trying to figure out what in the world it is.
