Help identifying this implement.

Hey folks,
Can you help me identify this implement? It is aprox. 64" wide and looks like a fertilizer/cultivator of some type. It has sweeps on the outside. It looks like it says Evansville. IND-Burch on one of the knuckles that holds the sweeps. Any ideas? It has room for 5 cultivators, sweeps etc and a wheel to make the fertilizer drop,

It appears to be a one row planter/cultivator. Burch still makes planters, you might could contact them and get more information.

Thanks, that's a good start. What would something like this be worth? It only has two sweeps and no chains on the planter wheel. I could turn the shaft feeding he hopper by hand though but I think its going to take quite a bit of work. Didn't see any plates.

Do you think this is worth 100 bucks? I figure I can strip it down to the tool bar and hitch at that price and start over with new generic cultivators if I can't get genuine replacment parts from Burch.

Sir, The implement who have is what they call a side dressser it for putting fertilize around crop when they start to grow.

Just the 2 row cultivator is worth much more than 100 bucks. I would take of the two other attachments (whatever they were) and just use the cultivator. It looks to be complete but may need some new plow shares. The rolling coulter wheel in front middle looks to be worn down significantly and likely needs a new blade but should still work as is. Ford sold a cultivator like that in the last 1950's to early 60's. I have one just like it.

I'm not sure if its a Ford but the couplers that hold the blades say Burch, Indiana. I've sent the company a picture last week to see if they have parts but they have not reponded. I think I'll buy it and see if I can use the frame to make a garden bedder.
