Quick Hitches help identifying

I got this as part of an auction lot. it is 44 by 17 and I think it is some sort of quick hitch. any insight would be appreciated.

Awesome. Thanks so much for reposting it and for the detail provided. So.......any idea what it is and what type of equipment it should be mounted to?

Looks like an attachment mount for either an older Case skid steer (1835, 1845, early 1840 etc) or same for a New Holland L553, L555, L783 or similar vintage before the universal mount became universal.
