Help looking at 3 point finish mowers

I found a nice used Sitrex 3pt. 5 foot rear finish mower. Are these good? I am looking at spending 6-800 used. I have a belly mount mower for most of my lawn, but i have about 2 acres to mow and it would be nice to do it in the cab.

Should I bump up my budget?

I dont Know about that Brand. But have heard good things. Seem a little Pricy to Me new, But if You can get one for that Price used, I,d say its a good deal. Heres a Link to them I found .
