HELP !!!!! Major Problems with Kioti DK45S

If we think that the dealers come to this site because helping people gives them a warm and fuzzy feeling than we also believe in Santa Claus and the Tooth Fairy. Most dealers come on here to make money and what's wrong with that? I met Wallace on this site, he sold me a tractor, we both profited from it. I got a good tractor and saved a lot of money by buying from him. If they help us with problems by giving good advice like many of them do than I think that's an added bonus for us. I will reiterate what many others have said, we are very fortunate to have good dealers frequent this site to matter what their motives are.

I whole heartedly agree, Oleozz. I just don't want to be abandoned after the sale, and then made out to be some whining malcontent as though I didn't make an effort to use the proper channels for resolution.

I for one didn't think you were made out to be whining. I thought you asked a simple question. I didn't know Wallace was your dealer, I thought you were just asking a well informed dealer. I too am wondering where the kit to fix my loader is? The last time I spoke to my dealer he said he would let me know when Kioti informed him. Hopefully Kioti hasn't forgotten those of us with CK25/30 's.(That is being said in jest, as I know they haven't forgotten)

Yes that is correct I am your dealer and I am not trying to make anyone out like they are whining.
I am not the manufacture I can only tell you what I have been told, which I have in the past.

When you find out there are saftey issues with Tractors ( kioti ) do you go to the Tractor Co Reps and tell them vs just accepting these problems. How do you handle this????

If a customer has concerns with any problems weather it's minor or major it is brought to the manufactures attention, atleast with the products that I represent.
Then ultimately the manufacture is the one with the final say.

Why did you include the phrase "vs just accepting these problems" in your question when a simple, "Do you report potential safety issues to the manufacturer?" would have sufficed? The second phrase turns a question into an accusation.
