Help me choose a ~30hp CUT please...

   / Help me choose a ~30hp CUT please... #21
While I am NOT a John Deere guy, in fact I can hardly say it with out choking, I would really lean towards a Deere if I was NOT going HST. They are the only ones I have found with a wet clutch on them. A wet clutch will take alot more abuse before it gives up the ghost, and loader use is abuse on a clutch. We have an old 175 Allis with the oil bath hand clutch, was delivered new in '74 with a loader. We have NEVER replaced the clutch in this tractor. The draw back is a wet clutch is more expensive, they require less maint. though.

Good luck.
