once you have one you'll wonder how you got along without it!
With all the land you have, there must be a need for brush removal, dirt work, Fencing..... a loader is great for all that, if you do buy new... definitly get a loader.
Have you been to Bechard Equipment, there is also a Case Dealer (Case=NH) in ST.Albans, VT, get them in a bidding war, Bechard quoted me 17900 for a TC33D with loader, last fall, loaded tires, delivered, this price may have included rear remotes.
Also, have you looked at the TC30, it has the same engine as the TC33, it can be had in HST, it has the older loader, but if you really have no need for a loader and are really concerned with cost, the TC30 can be had in a gear for around 11500 (or less) and no loader, and if hogging and tilling are the only jobs on your future, you might want to think about getting it with Ag tires, getting stuck with no loader to push yourself out with would not be fun.
