Have a CUT with loader problem that is stumping me. (not 2 hard)

The bucket roll (dump) goes very s-l-o-w . And, it only rolls at idle rpm. If I bump up the RPM's, it rolls the reverse direction. All other loader functions are normal...lift, and rollback. There is a leak in one roll cylinder....a slow leak since I've had it. (not very long) Just checked the hydro oil, but appears to be full....?? even after a few puddles wherever I park it. At first I thought it was low on oil....now I'm thinking it's overfilled? Or air in the lines? I tried to cycle the loader today for .5 hour, no difference. If there's a load in the bucket, or once it goes past top dead center, it rolls easier. (gravity)
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What machine are we talking about?

But my first guess would be a valve problem, either internal or in the linkages.
