That one under the tarp on the west side of the bridge? If so, that one has been there since I was a kid. It has no boom, that I can see.
There used to be a green one down on Niles Ave. across from Madison center. I saw it on a trailer two summers ago leaving downtown. It is currently on 23 by the Ethenol plant.
But that little yellow one in the picture just seems familiar, like southwest towards Walkerton or more west, like LaPorte. Hmmm. If I haven't seen that one, I've sure seen one like it. Hmmmm....
