If your big lug back tires are 16" you can buy used 16" pickup tires for about $25.00 each. Make sure the height matches as close as possible to keep the gear ratios matched when using 4wd. That's a lot cheaper than buying turf tires.

Donald,
You got an absolutily terrible deal. He ripped you off. With that said I feel so sorry for you that just so everyone feels better here at the site I'm willing to give you $125 for the set and you can right it off as a learning experience. :)

Seriously, parts are high but once you get her going lookout. You'll be over at the neighbor's house wanting to do their yard work as well.

The wife started driving ours this year and now is working on me to get another compact, so I won't have to interupt her pleasure.

Best of luck, Shawn

Just an update my tractor is mechaniclly sound now. Still needs to be painted. Cost were: $600 completely engine to replace to original, $45 new Battery, $85 new seat ( i needed comfort ) free new hydraulic fluid, $ 10 for new Wiring ( do it yourself job) ... I'll post some pic's after its painted.

Now a question.... What box blade are you guyS using.... I can't seem to find a good one for the Cat 0 thp. Everything I have found is very lite weight. Thinking about building my own, along with some thp planting tools. Anyone have a tiller for this tractor they want to sell??

I use a 4' box blade with mine but mine has catagory 1 three point . I'm quite sure the hydraulic lift capacity is the same with your as mine . You might want to consider converting your lift assembly to cagagory 1 . Or see if the local farm supply store has the linkage pins for the implements to convert them to catagory 0 . You can always "bush" the pins on your catagory 0 implements to catagory1 , but you can't go the other way . Many dealers here can get you anything you need as far as parts for the tractor .
Post a photo or two when you get it painted .

Lift Capacity is fine, it will lift me and my 2 buddies (about 525lbs) and hold us up for ever with no problem...... did your tractor come cat 1 ?? or did you convert it?? Sounds like a good idea to convert it... are lift arms available to widen the spread of the arms or will they have to be made?

When I bought my tractor , it did not have the 3 point arms on the back . It came with only a belly mower . The upper lift arms were there but nothing else . I ordered a set from SG Tractor and I think they were around $275 , I forget . My MT372DT would have come standard with a catagory 1 when it was new . I had a Satoh just like the one you have with the catagory 0 arms. As I remember , the mounting "pins" at the bottom of the rear end were smaller than my Mitsubushi . The arms are availlable but I'm unsure if the "pins" would hold up . The lower arms I put on my tractor are offset to fit the implements , already bent . Any of the dealers here can get the arms for you . On E-Bay there is always somebody selling 3 point kit for compact tractors , just search for Yanmar , or , Mitsubishi tractor and you'll find the kit . Or check with the dealers here.
