HELP weak pump or worn lift cylinder?

It's good you're moving ahead and it may be something as simple as a lift cylinder seal but I'm betting on a valve issue. If it is a position control or relief valve issue, I will bet it is something simple like I have experienced ( small piece of debris letting fluid bypass). If you end up taking them apart it's pretty easy and straight forward, just disassemble them slowly so any springs under tension don't fly out suddenly and pay close attention to orientation of the internal parts ( makes reassembly and end results much easier....no need to ask me how I know :thumbsup: )

I've learned to video ANY disassembly of something that I've never done before, and who knows maybe someone else will be able to use the video also. No pump test yet very busy shop. Had to help older uncle go to VA hospital today for hearing test so no progress on valve body or lift cylinder either.

I'm going to have to find a different hyd shop . Seem that they don't have time to test my pump. Wish they had told me this in the beginning.
