All I can add is this: imagine big tires, 3/4 filled with water, frozen solid. Driving that would be very interesting. I don't think Texas guys have much to worry about, however. Water is cheap and easy, better than nothing.

Here in VA Iv had mine frozen thick enuf that it went bump bump for awhile; 90 - 95% filled. Cold snap caught me and it had to be moved. 16.9 X 30 AG tubeless tires survived fine.
